Seasonal Dining with Gower Gourmet Kitchen in The Mill Kitchen at the Gower Heritage Centre, Parkmill, Gower…

We are open in the Mill Kitchen on Sundays** / event days / for dining events / for pre booked groups and for functions.   

As we are all about local Gower, Welsh and seasonal produce, our menu changes depending on the season and what is available – with our style being Welsh classical traditional.   

Seasonal dining experiences… are usually a 4-course tasting menu. For private or group seasonal dining – the menu and activities are tailored to you, to your budget and taste. 

**Our Sunday menu – £19.50 including entry into the Gower Heritage Centre – is a 2 course seasonal menu (additional options available) – we also have Sunday Afternoon Teas booking required. We do need a few days notice to prepare an afternoon tea as they are homemade – please email info@gowergourmetkitchen.co.uk or call 07854 464648 to book.

Gower Gourmet Kitchen is run by professional chef Colin Lewis, a chef of some 40 plus years – he has trained many young chefs and done workshops with many sectors – our seasonal dining can be a hands-on experience, with one course made by your group with chef making the course with you.
