Gower Gourmet Kitchen – when based in the Mill Kitchen at the Gower Heritage Centre – cater for the visiting groups of 15 plus pre booked diners. 

The Gower Heritage Centre is a working 12^th Century water powered flour and sawmill, that today still produces artisan flour. 

Historically it was home to many other local trades – a central point for local people to buy and sell – it still has a black smith, several resident arts and crafts people, a jeweller, a woollen mill, wellness centre to name a few… 

Shed Head Cider is made on site from apples from the Gower Heritage Centre orchard, not forgetting the resident food historian, Taste of Times Past. 

Gower Heritage Centre offers an unforgettable journey through history of the mill and of Gower..!   

They have an expert guided tours that immerse visitors in the rich heritage of the mill and its surrounding buildings. 

For visiting coaches, the guided tour extends beyond the Mill with a scenic tour of the stunning Gower Peninsula, showcasing breathtaking coastal views and historic landmarks.

Gower Gourmet Kitchen offer the food element to group visits – with a Taste of Gower & Wales..! 

We offer traditional Welsh foods, cooked in a classical / traditional style…   

Some of the food classics for Wales are Cawl / Welsh cakes / Bara Brith / a range of homemade cakes & biscuits to name just a few … Cockles and Laverbread are a local to Gower, Wild Garlic grows freely in local woods, with Samphire growing on North Gower Marshes…  Whenever possible Gower Gourmet Kitchen link in with local farmers to use their produce…
