Gower Gourmet Kitchen is all about fresh homemade food, using traditional recipes, made from Gower, Welsh and Seasonal Produce – it is run by Colin Lewis a professionally trained chef of some 40 plus years.

We are based in the Mill Kitchen at the Gower Heritage Centre where we have 5* food hygiene rating (we also have 5* food hygiene rating at home)

We are open at the Gower Heritage Centre on Sundays for pre booked afternoon teas / event days / for dining events and for pre booked groups and functions. For those who would like to improve their cookery skills Colin does bespoke cookery workshops / courses in the Mill Kitchen.

If you’re not able to get to the Mill Kitchen we offer private dining & can cater for your event, or group, at your own chosen location – subject to suitability.
