Food For Free
Food For Free – eating what is growing in nature (in the hedgerows, seashore, woodlands, on walls etc…) – these workshops look at what you can eat, how to forage sustainably (without damaging nature / raping the environment) how to use what you collect and add to your cooking.
Our first Food for Free workshop this year is on Saturday the 25th of April – picking wild garlic and looking at the different uses.
The day includes – refreshments / lunch / ingredients / you keep what you make / entry to the Gower Heritage Centre with a tour of the Mill.
Timings… day starts at 10.30am & ends at 3pm
The cost is £50 per person per workshop – this includes lunch and all ingredients – entry to the Gower Heritage Centre & parking.
There are limited numbers & the workshops are held in a professional kitchen therefore not suitable for people under 18 years of age
