Food Trailer

We love our food trailer..! It is small and compact. Its our mini kitchen.

We have level 5 food hygiene for both the Mill Kitchen at the Gower Heritage Centre and for our own home where we occasionally prep for events. Although Colin has a personal licence we do not sell alcohol and would work in partnership with others. Colin is DBS checked.

We have a minimum charge of £300 or the minimum of 15 people at £20pp

As with our Private Dining, we will work with you and your budget, venue, and menu choice.

We also visit other peoples markets & food festivals – either with our trailer or with a stall – selling homemade… teas, breads, cakes, tarts, jams, chutneys and sweets treats. What we sell depends on the season and produce available.
